Jindřich Dvořáček won with his project at the 16th Czech-Slovak Student Scientific Conference

At the 16th Czech-Slovak Student Science Conference, our department was represented by students Jindřich Dvořáček and Bc. Lukáš Soták in the Condensed Matter Physics category. Jindřich won first place in this category.

The conference took place on May 28–29, 2026, at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava. It is a traditional conference for bachelor’s and master’s students, who present the results of their projects within individual sections. The expert jury evaluates not only the projects themselves but also the participants’ presentations. Lukáš competed with his paper “Time Evolution in Superconducting Nanostructures” and Jindřich with his paper “Synthesis and Characterization of (Ba,Ca)TiO3 Single-Crystal Perovskites”, both in the Condensed Matter Physics category.

We would like to thank both students for representing the department and congratulate Jindřich on his first-place achievement.
