Suhaas Gupta, M.Sc.

About me

I am currently pursuing a full-time doctoral degree in the Physics of Nanostructures and Nanomaterials under the supervision of RNDr. Milan Dopita. My dissertation deals with the synthesis of semiconductor nanoparticles (quantum dots) from the bottom-up, and the characterisation and correlation of their structural and optical properties; recently, the focus of my investigation has been the potential of biocompatible applications of II-VI compound semiconductor nanostructures. In my free time I like to beat hard video games and read obscure manga.
