At our department, we believe that science is not just about traditional research, but also about innovations that change the way we work and think. In addition to basic research, we are intensively engaged in automation, which enables more efficient and precise experimental procedures.
The Charles Automata team, whose passion for technology and creativity drives our research using inelastic neutron scattering, has prepared a unique Christmas greeting for you. In a specially filmed video, our robot automatically and precisely arranges hundreds of crystals into the shape of a Christmas tree. The entire event is accompanied by an original adaptation of a classic Christmas song. We believe that science and technology can creatively intertwine to inspire not only our colleagues but also the general public. We also hope that the Christmas video will bring not only joy, but also inspiration into the new year as we continue pushing the boundaries of science and automation.
