We welcome new members of our group: postdoc Subhasmita Ray, Ph.D., and Ph.D. student Daniel Bobok, Mgr. Sc.
Subhasmita Ray obtained her Ph.D. from the group of Prof. Kartick Tarafder at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India.
She will work on the project Quantum Materials for Applications in Sustainable Technologies (QM4ST).
Daniel obtained his Master's degree under the supervision of Prof. Miroslav Grajcar at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. His Master's thesis was focused on current phase characteristics of superconducting quantum devices. His work was predominantly experimental and included the construction of a measurement apparatus, measurement of Josephson current, and its analysis. Daniel has changed his professional focus and is on the way to becoming a theoretician with a focus on non-equilibrium processes of superconducting nanostructures.
